📢 Important Notice to All Authors – Paper Format Compliance Required

In accordance with the ICTA 2025 submission guidelines published on the official conference website, and to ensure fairness and transparency during the review process, please be reminded of the following:

• Round 1 (before review): The submitted paper must NOT include any author information, such as author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgments, or any identifying details.
• Round 2 (after acceptance): The revised paper MUST include full author information as required by the template.

If your current paper file on EasyChair does not comply with these requirements, please update your submission file as soon as possible but no later than June 30, 2025. 

Authors who have already updated their papers according to the correct format may kindly disregard this notice.
