The 5^th International Conference on Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICTA 2026) aims to provide an international forum for researchers, academics, industry experts, and practitioners to exchange innovative ideas, research findings, and practical experiences in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). ICTA 2026 focuses on the rapid convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced ICT infrastructure, and cybersecurity technologies that are transforming modern societies, smart cities, and digital industries. The conference seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical research and real-world applications, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and exploring future technological directions.

The conference is co-organised by Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU) and Hai Phong University (HPUni) in coordination with its partners, including: Vietnam ICT Club of Faculties – Institutes – Schools – Universities (FISU); Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Japan (JAIST); Institute of Information Technology – Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (lolT); Hai Phong City Electronics and Informatics Association (HPEIA).
