According to the plan of ICTA 2023, the Organizing Committee and Program Committee have actively called for domestic and foreign scientists to submit papers. The Conference had the participation of prestigious scientists in the world, such as Professor Tien-Yin Chou (Jimmy Chou) – Chair of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Asia Forum, Secretary General, Asia-Pacific Federation for Information Technology in Agriculture (APFITA); Professor Ho Tu Bao – Former Head of Machine Learning and Data Mining Lab (in the period 1993-2018), Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST); Professor Nguyen Thanh Thuy – Chairman of the State Council for Professorship of Information Technology; and Associate Professor Le Hoang Son who is among the top 10,000 most influential scientists in the world for five consecutive years.
The Conference Program Committee has completed the review phase and is working with Springer’s editors to compile the proceedings. The Conference received 179 submissions, including about 40 international scientists participating from 15 countries (The Philippines, India, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Czechia, China, Denmark). Many Vietnamese scientists have collaborated on research with international scientists in multinational research projects and published results in their submissions to the Conference.
Conference reports present research results on IT applications in modern trending fields such as AI applications in bioinformatics and environmental science, Natural language recognition, real-time control calculations for automation systems and devices, big data processing, optimization calculations, and VR simulation.
The Program Committee has invited nearly 200 domestic and foreign scientists to participate in the review process. At least 02 independent reviewers have reviewed each paper. The presentations are divided into 06 specialized tracks: Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, Control and Automation, Multimedia, Digital Economics and Management, and Mathematical Foundations in Informatics, in which the number of reports in the field of AI accounts for two tracks of about 20 papers.
The Conference will be held on December 13-14, including a plenary session with 04 invited reports and 07 parallel sessions. The detailed program will be announced on the conference website.
