In case your paper is more than 8 pages. Each additional page will be charged an extra fee of $10 (or VND200.000). The maximum number of pages for conference papers is 10 pages.
* There are package tours to visit some popular scenic spots in Vietnam such as Ha Long Bay, Fansipan mountain or Bai Dinh pagoda. The information about these tours, such as fees and activities, will be notified to participants and presenters depending on the information provided by travel agencies.

No refunds will be issued by ICTA2026 for any reason. Participants shall have confirmed all conference information before they complete the registration payment.
